Resumo
Despite the influence of urban infraestructures in the professional practice of town planning is evident, the town planning architecture students who are studying in one of the Schools of Architecture that are in Spain, receive a poor information about this subject. Among all types of urban infrastructures, the absence of built district heating references in Spain, help the lack of subjects about this matter. As a consecuence, if it is not taught, it is not also investigated, causing a negative closed circle about this discipline. That is way, the necesity of creating a research methodology about this kind of infraestructures that influence the teaching of future town planning architects in the Spanish Schools of Architecture is demanded
