Resum

The 21st century develops a new sensibility about the liaison within religion, culture and public sphere. In 2005 United Nations was promoting the creation of the Alliance of the Civilizations. One of his fields of action is mass media, showing leaders of opinion in conflict situations and working with the professionals on the diversity communication. These practical actions endure a new concept of public rationality forces to rethink the diverse doctrines (Rawls, Habermas) on the nature of the speech in the public sphere.
