Résumé

The consolidation of digital journalism is achieving greater requirement whenreaders consume content in hypertext, interactivity and multimedia. We discussthe degree of maturity of hypertext in Spanish business digital press. Linksinserted by www.cincodias.com, www.expansion.com, www.eleconomista.esand www.aquieuropa.com daily were studied. Quantitative and qualitative dataon the use of hypertext are collected. We depart of the text units posted on thehome page of the sample, the number of existing links on the total units ofcontent and the number of different types of links according to their semanticdepth (contextual, relational, documentary and scientific). An active butimproved use of hypertext in the Spanish digital business press is observed.
