Abstract

The goal of this article is to describe and to show the training and educational structure offered to people who are or may be at risk of exclusion, which gives them the possibilty to access personal development and integration into work. A second goal is to highlight the im-portance of orientation in this field. In order to explain this theme, the general situation of social exclusion is described in the first pla-ce, focusing on the existing training services for people at risk of exclusion. After that, we refer to the case of the Comunidad Foral de Navarra and show the outcomes of a pilot sudy done in this area.
