Abstract
In this article I try to study the structure of ple asure in post-industrial society taking into accoun t the contributions of sev- eral sociological thinkers (Bauman, Beck, Bell, Gid dens, Sennet). I analyze the structure of pleasure throughout the notions of time, distance, work and human relations , focusing in the different situations in which ind ividuals live. The analysis and comprehension of these phenomena revea l a deep dichotomy between time of work and time of leisure, and pleasure appears as a sort of flight from every day routine.
