Abstract

Skin ulcers may be associated with local or systemic processes. When cutaneous ulcers are presented into a systemic disorder, these dermatologic manifestations give us the possibility to obtain a more correct clinical diagnosis. Thus, the knowledge of those processes which may develop ulcers on skin, and the standard study protocol for a correct clinical management will be a basic strategy in order to offer a better clinical care in this group of patient.
