Résumé
Recognising legal effects to unmarried partners is still having a certain degree of complexity, decades after they burst into the Spanish social reality. The most controversial aspect concerns the economic consequences when the relationship breaks down. In these pages, we briefly analyze the application of the principle of unjust enrichment in the cases in which the partner damaged for the dissolution claims economic compensation; we particularly study the compensation of domestic work.
