Abstract

The clinical manifestations of fourteen patients with tuberous sclerosis have been studied. The most common cutaneous findings were the presence of depigmented areas in the skin. Intracranial calcifications have been found in al! the patients. The ocular involvement the disease is discussed, being the most characteristic finding the retinal phakomas, which were found in five patients.
