Abstract
This article aims, on the one hand, at analyzing the different issues dealt with in the Resolution of 10 December 2019 passed by the General Directorate of Registries and Notaries. Its primary focus is on the liquidation of assets subject to privileged credits, especially mortgage credits, covered by Article 155.4 of the Bankruptcy Law, as well as the cancellation of any previous charges, pre-existing at the time of the declaration of bankruptcy, which is governed by Article 149.5 of the Bankruptcy Act.
