The technique that is using nursing in selected patients with bladder tumor of high degree is called “intravesical quimiohipertermia with Mitomycin C”. The aim of this study is to show the procedure carried out in our service using the Combat system. The intravesical administration of mitomycin C through this system of movement in closed circuit allows to reach a temperature of 43 ºC, therebyfavoring the instillation to deeper layers of the bladder. This method requires a prior learning and proper use of the same in order to obtain a low rate of discontinuation of treatment due to adverse effects
