Zusammenfassung
The treatment of urban waste water, which is necessary for the preservation of water quality, generates a new problem in the form of waste: sewage sludge. This waste has its own legal regime as regards its agricultural recovery, although there are several regulations that condition this and other possible uses. The aim of this paper is to present its current legal regime, recent proposals, some contradictions and some case law on problems raised in its management.
