Resumo

Spindel cell carcinoma is a rare neoplasia. Variant is known like highly malignant carcinoma, which has a double cell line. On the one hand epithelial carcinoma cells and sarcomatous spindle cells on the other. The diagnosis, classification and management of tumor, can be difficult due to its complicated histologyThe inmunohistochemistry and electron microscopy be aprerequisite for the diagnosis of the injury. We report the case of a male of 67 years with spindle cell carcinoma localizated in the larynx. It is difficult to understand the aggressive behaviour and pathogenesis of this tumor type in question. From the time of diagnosis only spent 5 months until the patient´s death.
