Abstract

Research and innovation programs in various fields, together with the efforts in many countries to implement business plans for technological and economic innovation, to compete in a global market and offer new services and trends, recall the attention on the personal processes and the ability to reinvent themselves, to overcome critical experiences. Creativity becomes important to discover new possibilities, to be original, to innovate and create interesting solutions to face a moment of vulnerability and uncertainty. According to this framework of variables, the authors face the pedagogical instances of creativity to delineate a strategic idea for education, to face the difficulties of a context of insecurity and to identify creativity as a resource for human capital formation.
