Resumen
Ciliated hepatic foregut cysts are a rare entity derived from embryonic remnants of the foregut and predominantly localized in liver segment 4. In this study, two cases of ciliated hepatic foregut cyst are presented, one diagnosed radiologically and the other was surgically excised due to suspected metastasis. suspected of metastasis. Both cases were confirmed through histopathological examination. Clinical, histopathological findings, and management of these lesions are discussed in detail, emphasizing the importance of considering the possibility of malignant transformation in their therapeutic approach.
