Charo Sadaba is Full Professor and Dean of the School of Communication of the University of Navarra. After obtaining her PhD her research focused on the impact of Internet on mass media, particularly on the business models of media companies. For the last twenty years she has also been interested in the relationship between children and teens and digital technologies and has been part of several research projects taking place in LatinAmerican countries, Europe and Spain. More recently she has been interested in the digital and media competencies of younger population. In 2022 she was member of the EU Commission Expert Group on Tackling disinformation and promoting digital literacy through education and training.
