Doctor by the Universitat Politècnica de València with the thesis Estudio de la influencia de los antecedentes de la confianza organizativa del modelo de Mayer et al. (1995) en las relaciones directivo-subordinado 2011. Supervised by Dr. Ignacio Gil Pechuán, Dr. Manuel Guillén Parra.

I am an Associate Professor of managing people at the School of Economics and Business-University of Navarra and also an Affiliated Research Scientist at Shine-Harvard University. I´m the Director of the Managing People in the Organizations' Master Program. I did my Ph.D. on organizational trust at the Polytechnic University of Valencia, where I also studied Industrial Engineering and Industrial Management. I was a Visiting Scholar at Harvard University (2014, 2020) and at Bentley University (2010, 2018). My research areas are purpose implementation, sustainability, and mentoring in higher education. I´m the director of the Purpose Strength Project and the Tu&Co mentoring program at the University of Navarra
