Doctor by the Universidad de Navarra with the thesis Rediseño general del sistema de pensiones español 1996. Supervised by Dr. José Barea Tejeiro.

The main goal of his research is to improve the knowledge for looking for and find the root cause of quality problems in complex systems. Currently, his work is focused on discovering the causal pathways and root cause of diseases classified as idiopathic.
