Doctor by the Universitat Politècnica de València with the thesis Influencia de la participación y el comportamiento ciudadano en la regeneración urbana integral sostenible. Public Participation and Social Behaviour Influence in integrated Sustainable Urban Regeneration. 2016. Supervised by Dr. Fernando Gaja Diaz.

Silvia Pérez Bou is a professor at ISEM Fashion Business School and at the School of Architecture of the University of Navarra, where she teaches subjects related to sustainability and circular design. She directs the Executive Master in Fashion Business Management (FBA) and the sustainability area at ISEM. Architect and Doctor in Civil Engineering and Urban Planning, Master in Transport, Territory and Urban Planning and Architect by the Universitat Politècnica de Valencia. She has done research stays at the College of Design and Engineering of NUS (Singapore), At Dongguk University and EWHA WOmans UNiversity (Seoul), at the School of Textile Engineering of the University of Minho (Portugal), at the French Fashion Institute (France), and at the University of Bonn (Germany).
