El difícil camino de los derechos humanos (2020); El ejercicio regular de los derechos constitucionales. Análisis y crítica del conflictivismo (dos ediciones en español, 2000 y 2007, one edition in protugese in 2021); El principio de razonabilidad. Del debido proceso sustantivo al moderno juicio de proporcionalidad (two editions in spanish, 2004 y 2009, one edition portuguese in 2022); Principio de proporcionalidad y concepto de Derecho. Una aproximación desde las tesis del positivismo jurídico (2009); Una introducción a los principios constitucionales (2009)―; co-author of two books ―Razón jurídica y razón moral. He has written seventy-seven articles and thirty-four book chapters on topics of his field, published in Argentina, Brazil, Chile, Colombia, Germany, Guatemala, Italy, Mexico, Peru, Poland, Spain, the United States and Uruguay. 3.
