I am a Counselor of Real Estate® and international academic with over 26 years of experience in real estate education, curriculum design, and executive training across Europe, Africa, and the Middle East. I specialize in real estate market analysis, corporate real estate, and sustainable development, with a strong focus on aligning educational innovation with industry needs. Throughout my career, I have led academic programs in Sweden, South Africa, and Spain, developed internationally recognized real estate qualifications, and contributed significantly to real estate research and pedagogy. I have served as a faculty member, academic director, and conference chair, and have been recognized with multiple "Professor of the Year" awards. My research explores themes such as ESG reporting, Green Buildings, Corporate Real Estate Decisions, Housing and Office markets in the Global South, and Workplace Maagement. I have published in journals like Journal of Corporate Real Estate, African Geographical Review, Facilities, Journal of Interior Design, and Journal of Real Estate Literature. I also serve as a member of the editorial board for the following journals: Journal of Real Estate Practice and Education, Journal of Sustainable Real Estate. I was the Founding Editor for the Journal of African Real Estate Research, a former board member of the European Real Estate Society. I review for leading journals including Housing Studies and Journal of Property Research
