Resumen

Participation in communication media, despite the present directed technological vision, is not achived by rending coments or contents through any it support. Participation is much none complex exercise which requires of a reader¿s democratic compromise and of the recognition of the role of intermediation that is played by the communication media and professionals. A determination supported by mutual confidence and the shared belief in lectors becoming participants when they assume their citizan¿s condition. We approach the study of BBC¿s website from a wide reflection. On this website contributions and comments provided by the audience are interpreted as a sign of a modern siciety¿s good democratic health.
