Marcel Meyer is an Associate Professor at the University of Navarra specializing in ethical leadership and organizational behavior. His research examines the intersection of leadership, ethics, and organizational culture, with a particular focus on ethical decision-making, human thriving at work, and sustainable organizational success. His work integrates ethical frameworks, governance, and organizational behavior to better understand how leadership can foster innovation, employee engagement, and positive business practices. Marcel has published in leading international journals such as the Journal of Management, Accounting in Europe, Review of Managerial Science, Frontiers in Psychology, and Business Ethics, the Environment & Responsibility. His recent research addresses topics including sustainability communication by executives, leader-expressed practical wisdom, positive leadership behaviors, and the ethical dimensions of rhetoric and leadership. His scholarship draws on both classical philosophy and contemporary management theory. In addition to his research, Marcel has served as Guest Editor for a Special Issue on Business Ethics in the Journal of Human Values and regularly presents his work at major international conferences, including the European Academy of Management and the European Business Ethics Network. His academic profile is complemented by professional experience as an International Relations Manager and as an in-company trainer for multinational firms, providing him with strong practical insight into leadership challenges in global and multicultural contexts.
