Abstract

This study describes the results of a questionnaire about factors related to the professionals of Hospital Pedagogy in Europe: staff and specialization of functions, autonomy of the educational team, training and prospect. With regard to staff we can emphasize the lack of specialization, the dependency (administrative with respect to the Ministries of Education and operative with respect to the hospitals), and the appearance of the figure of the volunteer. Trining: necessity of wide forum of interchange experiences that complement the local ways of training. Finally, a new professional profile for home tuition has been taken into account.
